JOBS DESCRIPTION

Job Introduction

    Adexen is mandated by a key player in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a Head of IT. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development, management and administration of the company’s entire IT infrastructure
    • Install the necessary software and hardware to provide the necessary levels of services related to IT
    • Develop an overall strategy on IT, its use and functions
    • Manage all the IT managers within the company to the set out policy and procedures
    • Grow and improve the company’s network
    • Increase Security
    • Advance the company’s ability to cut cost and improve efficiency
    • Utilise IT services as a tool to improve internal and external communication
    • Provide innovation to the company’s business via IT tools

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Cognate experience in Senior General Management or Business Development Management
    • Knowledge of ERPs, Softwares and Hardwares is important
    • Must have a good marketing orientation and acumen
    • Excellent communication & social skills across international cultures & different management levels
    • Must be strategically focused
