Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC) Limited – Our client, a financial services provider in Nigeria. To achieve our lofty goals, we are looking for driven, dynamic and qualified candidates to urgently fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Team Lead, Distribution
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reporting Line:Chief Executive Officer
Objective
  • The Team Lead is required to support super-agents to build a large agency network across Nigeria, collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of network; monitor super-agent network roll-out to ensure compliance with targets; identify and work with stakeholders to expand and strengthen networks; manage the network deployment and present progress reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years’ experience) of creating, managing and deploying country-wide distribution networks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders: ability to track and report complex project to senior management
  • Must possess team leadership, sales, marketing and project management skills
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of financial services and consumer distributions
  • Experience in interfacing with senior-level industry leaders and influencing them to action
