Terawit has been engaged by a reputable Construction and Property Development firm on the Lagos Island to fill the roles of Civil and Structural Engineers.
Job Title A: Civil Engineer
Eligibility
Candidates must: • Posses a BSc degree in Civil Engineering • have at least 5 years’ experience in a reputable construction company, in civil works such as piling, large industrial buildings, slip form construction, etc • be Project Management Certified • be Proficient in the use of AutoCAD+ and Revit structures • Possess proven experience in relevant design software like Orion and Staad Pro as well as Microsoft Project and other Office Packages Job Description
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory • Meet contractual conditions of performance • Review the work progress on a daily basis • Prepare internal and external reports pert Salary: N300,000 (Net)
